"Everything I want to say here simply won't fit.. just know that the foolishness I've dealt with from this office over the past couple months has pissed me off enough to be shopping for other insurance.
Their system won't let me into my own account in their website/app. No one has answers or solutions about it. This forces me to use only autopay for payments as well as rely on their contorted version of communication if/when there's anything wrong with my account. So.. crappy situation that puts me in.
They evidently charge a $25 fee if your card declines, which is a frivolous, cruel, and unjust policy that I would NEVER implement in my business, so idk who they think they are. They also don't communicate this fee sufficiently in the SLIGHTEST. They just blindsided me with it when they were attempting to charge me twice for it when one of the times was 100000% their fault and was only waived because of a note on my account standing as "proof" that it was their fault.
The two women I've spoken to in April and May respectively were sweet, although the one in April evidently only barely did her job properly, which caused excessive issues for me dealing with this office, and the other in May was having so many issues trying to get anything done that she seemed brand new (& despite the struggle, she was the most helpful person I spoke with by FAR). Now, the man I spoke with most recently?? That's a whole different story. Rude as hell. Absolutely getting dog-walked by his own out-of-check ego. Talking over me, raising his voice, mainsplaining false information at me, refusing to listen to me. That man doesn't need to be working in customer service. He needs therapy and to stop letting his ego run his life bc interacting with him was disgusting and irksome. I would leave his name if I were able to catch it, but he was obviously in an acoustic-rich room with me on speaker, causing some distortion when he introduced himself in the first couple seconds of the call.
Anyway. They've got surprise ridiculous fees, horrible communication, and a system that seems like a hot mess for both them and their customers. If I gotta call this office one more time over this same issue that has spanned three months now purely due to their own foolishness, I'm going to lose it on Mica since it's her office & find somewhere else for insurance. This office needs to get it ALL the way together."

"After a month of trying to cancel insurance on a vehicle I was given the run around. This ultimately lead to me being told my policy for both of my vehicles were cancelled. I was then quoted $396 for full coverage on a 2019 Kia Forte. I went to Progressive insurance with a quote for full coverage at $180 a month including rental coverage. A week goes by and I receive a call from this office. Today I was told that he never said my policy was cancelled (I literally have a recording proving that is false.) and miraculously my quote is now $257 a month. To sum it all up- this office is difficult to work with and they are scamming people out of their money. The agent’s too worried about money in their own pocket rather than giving fair and honest quotes for insurance. I’ve been a LOYAL Statefarm customer for over 3 years and this is the thank you I get. To top it all off before hanging up the phone Tareek wanted to inform me my rate will go up. However, Progressive is aware of the ticket my husband got OVER THREE YEARS AGO and assured me my rate is locked in for 12 months. Regardless, I’ll take an increase in rates if it means I don’t have to do business with this circus of an office. Jokes on you if you choose to move forward with this agent. Unprofessional, money hungry, dishonest and incompetent."

"Let me save you guys some trouble! I gave this office one star on the simple face of integrity! I called to switch my agents months ago! First they said I had to talk to the owner. Which is fine she probably just want to reel me back in. The conversation didn’t go as planned. She (Mica) tried to go back and forth with me about wanted to switch agents. Ma’am at the end of the day I’m going to what I want to do. You can’t convince me otherwise. If I called your business and request to change my agents that’s what’s should have been done. The call should have ended on “ Thank you for business all these years” but no it left me confused. I contacted her office multiple times to change my agent over. I sent an email( which she states that whom ever needs to get in contact with her can) but you can’t reply back to an email or call. This process took over a month. I had to call corporate to get this resolved. Yes, I have changed agents before and it was NOTHING LIKE THIS! A word , your integrity sucks!"
