"After a month of trying to cancel insurance on a vehicle I was given the run around. This ultimately lead to me being told my policy for both of my vehicles were cancelled. I was then quoted $396 for full coverage on a 2019 Kia Forte. I went to Progressive insurance with a quote for full coverage at $180 a month including rental coverage. A week goes by and I receive a call from this office. Today I was told that he never said my policy was cancelled (I literally have a recording proving that is false.) and miraculously my quote is now $257 a month. To sum it all up- this office is difficult to work with and they are scamming people out of their money. The agent’s too worried about money in their own pocket rather than giving fair and honest quotes for insurance. I’ve been a LOYAL Statefarm customer for over 3 years and this is the thank you I get. To top it all off before hanging up the phone Tareek wanted to inform me my rate will go up. However, Progressive is aware of the ticket my husband got OVER THREE YEARS AGO and assured me my rate is locked in for 12 months. Regardless, I’ll take an increase in rates if it means I don’t have to do business with this circus of an office. Jokes on you if you choose to move forward with this agent. Unprofessional, money hungry, dishonest and incompetent."

I’d like to clarify that I did not personally speak with you, but my office manager explained that this resulted from a new application processing issue, which caused the vehicles to be temporarily canceled and reinstated the same day. I understand how unsettling that can feel, and I regret the inconvenience it caused. Please know that insurance rates are determined by carrier underwriting and state guidelines, not by my office, and we do not benefit from rate changes. Our goal is always to serve our customers with honesty, care, and transparency. "Let me save you guys some trouble! I gave this office one star on the simple face of integrity! I called to switch my agents months ago! First they said I had to talk to the owner. Which is fine she probably just want to reel me back in. The conversation didn’t go as planned. She (Mica) tried to go back and forth with me about wanted to switch agents. Ma’am at the end of the day I’m going to what I want to do. You can’t convince me otherwise. If I called your business and request to change my agents that’s what’s should have been done. The call should have ended on “ Thank you for business all these years” but no it left me confused. I contacted her office multiple times to change my agent over. I sent an email( which she states that whom ever needs to get in contact with her can) but you can’t reply back to an email or call. This process took over a month. I had to call corporate to get this resolved. Yes, I have changed agents before and it was NOTHING LIKE THIS! A word , your integrity sucks!"

"I've been a State Farm customer since 18 years old without ever feeling the need to change because the feeling and knowledge of having State Farm as a resource backing you up in life, being 70 now, I'm feel pretty sure I've spent my money wisely. Mica Johnson and her support team? Well all I can say is they supported me as long as I lived in Georgia without any issues, always there to do their best for you. When I moved to Alabama, I was so relieved to know Mica's dedication to her customer's in being licensed in Alabama also, allowed me to take some home security and comfort along with me. Then when life forces a drastic change to your life, she and her team are there beside you. Having to move to Tennessee was met with same ease and comfort as before, why should I have been surprised that Mica is licensed in Tennessee as well. I don't think people realize how important having that comfort is to others. It's one thing to talk a big talk, that's all wind. When you walk and demonstrate your talk, is another; however when the service an care you receive goes beyond words.....then you may understand what this company and it's people truly provide to their customers. "I have been with State Farm for a while now and have been switched to different agents a few times. I love how I can call and instantly get someone that isn’t a robot! They are always willing to help me out too- especially Tyriq with my new housing policy (a few hiccups bc I switched companies, choosing State Farm’s bundle). I stay with them for the customer service- he even took time to talk to my 18 yr old and explain to her all the terms for her car insurance, his suggestions, and talked it out so she understood exactly what coverage she was going to have and how it protected her. Love it!"
