"I have been with State Farm for a while now and have been switched to different agents a few times. I love how I can call and instantly get someone that isn’t a robot! They are always willing to help me out too- especially Tyriq with my new housing policy (a few hiccups bc I switched companies, choosing State Farm’s bundle). "My home and car insurance is with this agency and have had good experiences. Recently, I posed questions regarding coverage based on foundational flooring for a home built several years ago, but purchased recently. On November 2, I sent an email to Capri Edwards-Mais and she NEVER responded. Ms. Edwards-Mais is an account manager at this office. Last week I spoke with her regarding the above-mentioned concern. The conversation was anything but professional. She did NOT listen and made several attempts to talk over me. I assured her that she could not and would not understand what I was saying if she continued speaking when I spoke. The unanswered email led to filing a complaint with Ms. Johnson. When in doubt, err on the side of stating that you do not know the answer. Ultimately a claim was filed with an adjuster."
